I have a really cool little laptop by Toshiba. It is the Toshiba Libretto 60 CT and it is just about three years old. Here are the specs:
Intel® Pentium processor – 75 MHz
TFT Active Matrix 640x480 screen
16 MB RAM
800 Mb Hard Drive
PCMCIA Type II
Port Replicator with Parallel, Serial, VGA, and PS2
As you can see from the picture, it is small: about 8"x5"X1.5". It is in perfect shape and because it is actually a Windows 95 Pentium machine it will run all of your astro software or control your scope or CCD. It is also great to grab and go like a PDA. The battery never lasted more than an hour and it runs a little less now after three years, although it does still work. Needless to say that is a little short on the runnig a camera side of things, so I will throw in a 50 Watt A/C inverter that can plug into a cigarette lighter. It has the original boxes, manuals, and software, an external floppy drive and the wall plug power cord.
I am asking $300 for it plus shipping which should be about $10 in CONUS. I am always up for a cool trade of equal value, but I have my eye on the little Astrovid 2000 camera that's being listed here, so cash would be prefered. I think that camera would be cool to take to star parties, don't you?
Anyway, let me know what you think. I will be away from my computer Saturday through Tuesday, so if you email me then, I am not ignoring you on purpose, I am just not home.
