Stellarvue MG2 alt-az mount head -- $185 shipped within the continental US. Mount has slow motion controls in both altitude and azimuth. Saddle mounting holes are M8 and M6 on one side and 1/4"-20 on the other, spaced at 35mm. Saddles are NOT included. DS13 saddle from ScopeStuff fits perfectly (on one side) or other compatible saddles are available from Stellarvue. Base of mount is tapped for 5/8"-11 (standard for many surveyors tripods) and sale also includes 3/8"-16 adapter (black, circular piece shown installed in last photo).
Mount has some minor scuffs and chips but nothing too serious.
Has handled several small 80mm and 90mm refractors with no problems. Altitude slow-motion seems a little inconsistent in that the feel is tighter or looser at different spots in the rotation but, other than that, works well. (I've had 2 of these mounts and both were the same; The design seems slightly flawed to me in that one side of the altitude shaft rides in a nice, sealed bearing but the other side, where the slow-mo gears are, is just free-floating).
