For sale is a Vintage Regency/Monitoradio VHF/UHF "Police Scanner" In Excellent cosmetic AND working Condition!

It's not easy to find one of these in such great shape (they usually look like they've been through a war).
This one is in really great condition - Please see pics.
Comes complete with antenna, but without the A/C power cord. As you can see in one of the pics, I've been using a nice 12V dc adapter to power the unit. I will include this adapter, per request!
It is a new adapter, which provides 12 volts of regulated DC power via soldered on alligator clip.

Also, if you have a couple of extra VHF/Scanner antennas around, then you can have a ball with this radio: it has openings available for 4 different antennas (2 Motorola Plug-type & 2 screw in telescopic).

Interior is clean & nice: No modifications were ever done. The Volume, Squelch knobs and ALL buttons work smoothly and flawlessly. Speaker sounds good - Comes complete WITH 10 crystals installed!
Both User & Service Manuals are easily located online, in PDF form (I can e-mail the files to you, in fact).
The crystals can be "configured" to work in a few different ways...(read the manual!)

But, this is how the 10 channels are set-up now:

1. 453.700 MHz
2. 155.955 MHz
3. 154.310 MHz
4. 453.300 MHz
5. 453.350 MHz
6. 453.550 MHz
7. 453.750 MHz
8. 453.800 MHz
9. 460.500 MHz
10. 460.300 MHz

It's a great unit, but I just acquired a LARGE(vintage)Shortwave receiver, and I don't have room in the shack for it anymore. So, I'm asking Only $30 Shipped!

Thanks for looking!
