Looking for an Orion XT8 or comparable dobsonian telescope. It's a Christmas present for my son who is very interested in astronomy. I shouldn't invoke the "Tiny Tim" narrative but my son will probably go into orbit if his unemployed father manages to scrape together enough to get him one of these (har, har, retch).
