Olympus OM-1 with 50mm f/1.8 zuiko lens (very nice shape), t-ring, original #13 focusing screen with average/normal wear, Access 2x teleconverter, shutter release cable. $125 shipped in continental us. Also includes a scratched 50mm f/1.8 zuiko lens that I just use as a protector seal for the camera when I'm not using it.
Light meter works sometimes and sometimes it don't. Not necessary for astrophotography.
This is a very light camera compared to others in this era. Very easy to use, shutter speed has never been tested but seems on. I love this little camera and hate to let it go. It will blow my digital camera away in quality easily.
My loss is your gain. Also has hot shoe and see the additional accessories for this below if interested.
Everything is used but not abused, some are used a little more than others, some are in like new condition, such as the celestron radial guider, the orion 2x barlow, many of the eyepieces and color filters are like new. Celestron C8 and orion st80 has some pretty heavy wear, but still have plenty of life in them.
Why am I getting rid of all this? Because I don't seem to find the time to use all this stuff like I used to anymore. Maybe you can benefit from all or some of this.
Also available for additional or separate:
#8 focusing screen $45 $35 if you buy something else from me, with average wear some flecks. Very hard to find and they don't make these anymore so good luck finding one.
vivitar 283 flash $30 $20 if you buy something else from me, nice condition
no name sct t-adapter $15 $8 if you buy something else from me, heavy duty and nice condition
Meade t-extender $15 $8 if you buy something else from me, some wear but nice and solid
Flip Mirror no name $45 $35 if you buy something else from me
Celestron Celestar C8 with wedge and wedgepod. Finder, 1 1/4 diagonal, visual back, optics covers, 25mm orion plossl(some optical issues, but works visually fine) 20mm orion plossl(normal wear). $450 shipped in con us. without wedgepod/tripod $400
*It does have some optical issues. It was dissassembled and optics were messed with. I see some blueish smearing on the primarty and some light scuffs/scratches, although it does still provide very pleasing views. I can easily see orion nebula, andromeda galaxy, dumbell, ring, m33, globulars, I saw comet linear when it was at mag 8 to name just a few, all from my suburban back yard with moderate light pollution.
This is a bargain scope with a lot of life left in her, and it would make an excellent beginner scope or for someone looking to take a step or two up in aperture size.
C8 JMB Glass type A full aperture Solar filter $75 shipped. Some dust, but includes a cleaner cloth I didn't want to mess with cleaning it. No scratches or scuffs. Has been cut to accomadate a dovetail bar see pictures on my web site. Take this for $60 shipped with purchase of anything else.
Orion Plossl Sirrus eyepieces: $18 each shipped or all 3 for $40 shipped. Orion sells these for $42.95 each. That's a $129 value for $40.
All in average condition. Some minor barrel wear, and definately used but not abused condition. Plenty of life left in these.
Orion 2x barlow $18 shipped $12.50 with anything else above. Great shape and very little use. Orion sells this for $50 on there web site.
Orion st80 80mm f/5 refractor with 1 1/4 diagonal, finder scope.
25mm ke eypepiece, 10mm ke eyepiece. Could use a good cleaning. The objective cover fits so tight that there are marks on the optical tube. Objective lens shows some kind of smearing type of look, but I have always had nice sharp views, and have taken some real nice wide field photos with this scope. I love this one and really hate to part with it. It's very light weight and could be mounted on another scope easy. I had it mounted on top of my c8 with a simple camera mount adapter. See the pictures. Orion sells this for $199, I'll let it go for $80 shipped or $65 with anything else from me.
Includes finder scope, lens cover, 1 1/4" ke eyepieces 25mm and 10mm. No tripod, this is ota only. I got this from someone else, but I never touched the optics myself. It provides very sharp & crisp wide field views. This little baby is a pleasure to use.
Only drawback is it does have some blueish haloing or whatever you call it on brighter objects no doubt due to the short f/5 ratio. I have taken many 35mm widefield photo's with this, and find it much easier and better results for photography than the c8.
Celestron 1 1/4 eyepiece filter kit/set. 32mm, 15mm, 9mm, 6mm, 4mm plossl, 2x barlow, 6 color filters, and a moon filter in nice locking case $75 shipped or $50 shipped with some combination of above mentioned. Also includes an additional orion 1 1/4 inch moon filter just an extra so I'll through it in here.
Camera mount/Adapter for mounting a camera on top of c8. $30 shipped, $25 shipped if you purchase anything else.
C8 Hand Controller/Guider with autoguider port. Very hard to find. Not sure what is required to use the autoguider port, never had one hooked up to it. $70 shipped, $55 shipped with some combination of above. Very hard to find anymore.
Kendrick sct laser collimator with 1 1/4 adapter $85 shipped $75 with anything else above. Model #2064 and 2 inch to 1 1/4 inch adapter #2061 all instructions and info included. Very little use on this.
No Name threaded t-type f/5 reducer lens $10 shipped.
Celestron Radial Guider #94176 great condition very little use. $55 shipped $40 shipped with anything else from me.
