Heres's another great optic from Carl Zeiss. It's a 6.5" minor axis elliptical mirror with a major axis of 11". The aluminum coating is in great shape with no discernable defects in the coating other than slight clip marks left by the cork paddings. The optic was internally housed hence its condition. The back is flat back painted and its thickness is 5/8". This optic will cover a system requiring a 6.5" by 9.19" perfect elliptical diagonal for a newtinian. Zeiss optical quality is unquestionable. The cost to make this mirrors was exorbitant years ago and now out of the question. If you plan to put together a light bucket in the 30-40" range, or any other large project, this is what you need.
A similar size mediocre optic will cost you about $800-1000! First serious buyer gets it. -thanks Gerard
