Here's yet another one, I'll sadly let go after Venus gets intimate with Apollo, to finance yet another big planetary scope.
This is an 8" f/7.5 ZAMBUTO partnered Criterion telescope with a curved (heavy duty) spider and a Criterion 1.5" seconday mirror. This telescope will outperform any in it's class, I stand by it. I've was told first hand that the view of Mars with these optics was better than everyone else's on the field at the Griffith Observatory's satellite event, last year.
Optics 8", f7.5 (with papers signed by Mr. Zambuto), 1.5" secondary Criterion
Criterion original tube, Criterion mirror mount and 1.25" brass compression focuser
4 vane Criterion spider with 1.5 secondary cell.
Criterion 8x50 finderscope with mount and all hardware
Cave Astrola (Heavy Duty) mount with flawless AC drive (dead spot on)
80mm Celestron NexStar (perfect edge to edge flat field) f5
80mm Finder rings, red eye finder, dewshield and cap
Coranado SolarMax 40 (part of the first shipment to the USA) with all caps and accessories and paperwork, to easily see surface detail and solar flares. Comes with a little captain's case.
Kendrick (BNIB) used 2x by the time someone buys this, 241-251mm Baadar film.
Sorry no eyepieces included.
If someone wants this complete package for an extra $200.00 I'll throw in a Meade 10" f4.5 single vane spider, 2" focuser and I think 2" mirror, OTA, that fits perfectly with this mount and all hardware.
I will NOT "part out" and I prefer a local pickup "Canyon Country" California but will ship CONUS as long as buyer picks up all shipping charges and insurance.
