I bought this in 1995 to look at boats out the window of my San Francisco apartment. Unfortunately, the 1920's windows did not open and the original 1920's window glass was pretty wavey. It looked pretty cool in the corner, though.
The tube says it is an 80mm EQ, but it is not the current model. I have been told that it has an alt-azimuth mount, not the equitorial mount that the "EQ" would normally signify. It has a 45 degree prism diagonal, a 32 mm Celestron plossl eyepiece, a 6x30 finder and a couple of surface scratches on the tube. It sits on a black wood tripod and is stamped "made in China" in a couple of places. Other than sitting in the corner of my apartment for 9 years, it has not been used (or serviced). I do not have the lens caps or the original eyepiece. If I find them, I will include them, but I have just moved... no promises. The box was recycled...lovingly.
Asking $140 plus $15 to cover UPS ground.
