Those that have already reached the APO level of Astro Insanity will find this humorous. All others please try to take this AD seriously!!

Current frame of mind dictates that I explore the possiblility of acquiring an APO. So my current refractor; a SkyWatcher 1206 (120mm, f/5 W-I-D-E - F-I-E-L-D) MUST GO as Step One.

I would like to sell it as a complete package. Included in the package are the following:

1.) SkyWatcher 1206 c/w rings & Red Dot Finder (orig. cost $400)

2.) 3" Aluminum Focusing Knobs (orig. cost $50)

3.) Orion Glass Solar Filter (#7710)(orig. cost $60)

4.) William Optics 2" VR-1 Violet Reduction Filter (orig.cost $55)

5.) Custom-made Lucite OTA case, foam lined 30"x7"x8"($120 in parts, with no allowance for time to build)

Asking $470 US for the works! (It seems like alot, but remember this includes the filters, a case & shipping a heavy box).

The OTA and 3" knobs for $310 US.
If the OTA sells; then the Solar Filter will available for $50 US.
Ditto on the OTA; then W.O. VR-1 filter will be available for $45 US.
Ditto on the OTA; then the case will be available for $110 US.

If this sells look for my insanity to progress to the selling of my precious Naglers.....31, 22, 12. Stay tuned to see if I'm worthy of attaining the APO level!

Thanks for looking!

Cheers, forever clear skies & great seeing!
