Hi, All. I have a Vixen ED102SS 102mm/f6.5 for sale.
It includes:
Rings and all caps,
2" eyepiece adapter,
6x30 finderscope,
Orion padded travel bag,
Baader solar filter,
Orion AZ-3 alt-az mount - I've changed the legs to folding wood ones and have added a counter weight similar to the Vixen Custom-D alt-az mount. I'll include the original aluminum legs.

The eyepiece and Coronado Ha filter are not included.

The total cost was $1,950. I'm asking $1,500. Buyer pays all shipping costs.

I purchased the 'scope new from Orion at their Watsonville, CA headquarters. It is a "hand picked" OTA. I've kept the scope indoors either in the padded case or under a dust cover. Ed Ting has a good review at his website. Note that his OTA price is from 3+ years ago.

I have noticed some color when viewing Vega. However, the only color when viewing the Moon is traced to the characteristics of the TeleVue eyepieces. The moon's limb has a slight yellow-green line when placed in the outer one-third of the FOV. There is no color when placed in the center one-half of the FOV. On a steady night I have had good views of Saturn at 400x.

The cost of shipping will probably be expensive if the equipment is packaged correctly. I live near Oakland, CA. I prefer to deliver the package within a 100 mile radius.

Thank you for looking.
