Selling a Meade Premier Series 8-Inch Schmidt-Cassegrain Model 2080 telescope. It’s in great condition and comes with a Meade heavy duty field tripod, hard plastic Meade extra lenses carrying case, a travel trunk for the scope, original owners manuals and the following accessories: Electronic Meade ‘Smart Drive’ battery pack, hand-held controller, and cigarette lighter adapter (50-foot cord); Meade lenses including a Super Plossl 32 mm, 20 mm, Super Plossl 26 mm, 6.4 mm, 2X Tele-negative Amplifier Model 140, Barlow Lens, and Prism Star Diagonal Lens; Meade Filters including #911, #8, #80A, #23A, Filter Pol, and a Solar Filter; Meade camera adapter; Meade #62 T-Adapter; Celestron Reducer Corrector f/6.3 Model #94175; Orion Tele Extender; Orion Illuminated KE 12mm; and a hex key set. The following manuals and books are also included: Model 2080 Telescope Instruction Manual; Smart Drive Instruction Manual; Observational Astronomy for Amateurs; The Amateur Astronomer’s Handbook; and the Uranometria 2000.0 Volume I The Northern Hemisphere to -6 degrees.
