Denkmeier Optical, Inc. is pleased to introduce the latest addition to our line of products. The patent pending Power X Switch™ (pat.10/737996) makes viewing deepsky objects with low power and solar system objects at high power, a snap without changing eyepieces.

The Power X Switch has been designed to allow your versatile Denkmeier Binoviewer system to operate at both low and high power in seconds - Nothing to unscrew, nothing to disassemble and reassemble. Simply pull the lever to the “out” position and you have 2.5X. Push the cartridge to the “in” position and 1.3X or lower power results. So easy, you could do it with mittens on! Best of all, there is no additional in-travel required when compared with our classic 2” Newtonian OCS™.

The Power X Switch will incorporate into all existing 2” Newtonian OCS systems so if you currently own one, call for details that make retrofitting possible.

You asked for a sensible multi-power solution and we have obliged. The Power X Switch option for Newtonians will be available for shipping in approximately 3 weeks. Milled from 6000 series aluminum and then anodized for a lifetime of trouble-free use with typical Denkmeier quality standards.

Blastoff is imminent.
