This is a Vintage Eddie Bauer Kara Koram Expedition Parka, which even Eddie Bauer does no longer sell. This is the finest, warmest Parka that Eddie Bauer ever produced. This particular Expedition Parka Model was designed by Sir Edmund Hillary, and had a cold rating to -80F. Parka is actually two coats in one, so that no seam overlaps another, and this is to prevent any cold spots with the Parka. Extra Heavy duty Nylon Zipper, Non-Rusting Brass Snaps on the front Storm Flap, Handwarmer Pockets, and front Insulated Patch Pockets, and also an inside Breast Pocket for valuable. Attached Goose Down Hood with Brass Snaps, Cord, and Velcro adjustment.

Size of this Parka is a men's Medium. It is a fairly large medium size, I am 5'-8" tall, and weigh 170 lbs, and the parka fits me. Would fit someone from 5'-5" 120lbs to 5'-8" 170lbs.

I used this Parka carefully perhaps 10-12 times in the most extreme of midwest winter conditions, and I must say this is the warmest, most comfortable piece of equipment I have ever owned.
It has been stored for numerous years, and now that I live in the Southwest, it is something I doubt I will ever have the need to use again.

There are no rips, holes, tears, stains, or down missing in this High Loft down Parka. In absolutely beautiful condition. This Parka's actual new cost was $350.00 many years ago, and to buy a comparable Parka of this extremely high quality today would easily cost $600.00-$700.00. I am asking $150.00, plus a minor fee for shipping, which I beleive is a steal for a Parka of this quality.

Thanks for looking, Mark
