Let me tell you. I haven't even taken it outside due to its sheer size combined with lack of motivation (it's cold up here:) I know it doesn't sound so big, but it is too big for me to use whenever I get the notion, and that's bad:) It goes for $529 shipped from Bill and I will take $475 shipped and insured. I only took it out to check the lens (which is flawless), check the focuser (which is very smooth) and check the cosmetics (which are flawless as well).

It will come with tube rings and dovetail, 2 Burgess eyepieces (one is 40mm and the other is about half that f.l., a 1.25" mirror diag (OR THE 2" WHEN I GET IT FROM BILL IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS [HE SAYS]), 40:1 FINE FOCUS KNOBS WHEN THEY COME FROM BILL [SAME TIME FRAME], 50mm finder and bracket, and VERY NICE foam-lined hard case. All is brand new. Bill says there will soon be an apo objective cell option for around $500.

Read the reviews. This is no Meade AR or Skywatcher folks. People are quoting no image breakdown at 400x!

I waited about 6 months for this scope. You can get a new one for over 10% off the price with no optical or cosmetic flaws.

I will trade, with cash, for a smaller apo i.e. (TV 85, Tak fs78, Pentax 75mmED or others of similar quality and size.
Clear Skies!
