This Celestron Nexstar 8GPS is just 8 months old and is in MINT condition. It has been set-up in my apartment, but never taken outside and used as I just haven't had the time lately. There are no scratches, dents, dings or any other blemishes whatsoever on the unit.
It comes with the following:
-OTA/fork arm/drive base assembly
-computer hand control
-9x50 finderscope
-adjustable height heavy duty tripod
-Orion 1.25" mirror star diagonal
-Orion 25mm Sirius plossl eyepiece
-a/c adapter
-lens cover
-owner's manual
-original boxes and packing materials
Also, I'll throw in at no additional charge:
-Starizona Landing Pad for easy placement of the scope on the tripod
-Celestron Quick Release finder bracket
-Astrozap flexible dew shield
-Bob's Knobs collimation thumbscrews(brand new and never installed)
-Celestron car battery adapter
This package would cost well over $2,200 plus shipping new, but I've decided to sell to fund yet another astronomical project.
I'm asking $1500 for everything which includes insured shipping to your door in the CONUS. You save nearly 33% off retail for a package that looks as though it just arrived from the dealer. I can accept PayPal(if you pay the 3% fee), cashier's check or money order. And I'll deliver within 150 miles of St. Louis, Missouri.
Thanks for looking.
