I have not used this item in a couple of years. This is not to be confused with an illuminated reticle. Instead this projects an illuminated image of concentric guiding circles and cross hairs into the 1.25" eye piece of your choice. The neat thing is that your guide star does not get blocked by the reticle pattern. It has A 3x Barlow lens is built-in for accurate guiding (That I sometimes remove before use). A lock ring holds the eyepiece in place and the eyepiece-holder rotates to adjust the reticle image focus. The position of the reticle image can be easily adjusted without moving the eyepiece.
It is in perfect working order and comes with a battery. The image of the reticle pattern is an actual image I took myself. A new GA-4 runs $240 or so new. For $135 its yours (I'll take care of the shipping...)
