This is the Meade DS-114 4.5 " Alt. Az. Motorized Reflector. (3 to 4 year old)
This has the following accessories:
Motorized mount w/access. tray and alum. legs
Meade motor focuser (installed)
Manual electronic controller w/ 4 slew speeds also controls elect. focus
2" eyepiece adaptor
1.5" eyepiece adaptor
.965" eyepiece adaptor
Battery Pack (has broken corner but still works fine)
Battery pack case
.965" 3x barlow
.965" 25 mm eyepiece
.965" 12.5 mm eyepiece
.965" 4 mm eyepiece
Straight finderscope
90 degree findersope installed
Electronic controller for motorized focus (not needed when scope is used with Electronic drive controller or Autostar)
#495 Autostar controller (new in box)

There are two minor things wrong with it besides minor scratches on the outside of the OTA(which does not effect performance):
Battery Pack (has broken corner but still works fine)
One of the rubber feet has gotten lost (I used vibration pads which fixed this issue)
I have the original box.
Has good views for a scope of this nature. I have done a lot of lunar exploration as well as Saturn's Rings, Jupiter, Messier Objects. But I am purely an Amateur. More Pictures Available.
