** SOLD **

This is combination of a Borg #7315 Helical Focuser and a #7316 1.25" adapter, both in excellent condition. Some very minor scuffs on the inside edge of the eyepiece end of the focuser that don't affect performance in the slightest, and look a lot worse in the photo than in real life...

Here's the description of the focuser from the Hutech web site:

"The deluxe version of model 4317, this non-rotating helical focuser includes index marks on the outside of the barrel, which greatly facilitate focusing when switching between CCD camera and eyepiece. In addition to visual use, this focuser also works well for fine focusing of CCD cameras, digital still cameras and video cameras. The front attachment is a metric M36.4 P1.0 male thread, or a 1.25" eyepiece interface when used with adapter 7316 (which includes threads for 1.25" eyepiece filters). The rear attachment includes a T-thread for direct connection to SBIG CCD cameras."

I used it between my diagonal and eyepiece on an SCT for fine focus without that annoying mirror shift.

Selling to help fund another purchase.

The retail price for the focuser is $80, and the adapter is $17, not including shipping. A $100 value that I will take $75 for, including Priority Mail shipment in CONUS.

PayPal preferred (add $3), but I will also accept a money order, or personal check from a highly-rated Astromarter..

Thanks for looking!
