Wanted: Information on using off axis guiders on a Tak FS-102

I'm trying to find a way (I believe there is beauty in simplicity) to guide a Tak FS-102 on a G-11 with Gemini. I'd like to avoid the usual side by side setup and do it off axis. I think this way is simpler, easier, and will save wear and tear on the mount by getting rid of many plates and the guidescope.

If you have solved this problem, I'd like to hear how you did it.

Thanks,
Alan
