Both eyepieces as described above, in box with bolt cases. The 5mm was purchased new in mid-August for Mars viewing and the 12.5mm was purchased new two weeks ago. I NEED the eye relief and wanted to check out this X-Cel model. Each cost $71.90 with shipping.

(*12.5mm SOLD)*

Sell each for $53 shipping included.

EDIT: Already been asked, so I'll put it here:

I am selling the 5mm because it is too short (too much power) for me to use in my scope more than 1 or 2 times a year. The seeing isn't good enough here for me to "push" the scope that often. I did get one
fantastic night on Mars in August, and the 5mm was MUCH better than I
would have expected. Could see detail around the rim of the Polar cap.

You can tell I liked it, because I bought the 12.5mm two months later.
But, I have too many eyepieces and like a wider FOV if possible, and my 2.5x PowerMate with 25mm, 20mm, 17mm and 15mm gives me as many
combinations without as many eyepieces. When I get a premium 30mm or
32mm (the trade in yesterday's ad), the Powermate will give me about
12mm, so the 12.5 X-Cel is a duplicate. The 12.5mm was used once and
split the double-double very clean at 98x (my scope). Both are as "new" as you would receive from a dealer.
