Seems like we must have caught somebodys eye with our GEM Table for portable and permanent piers. GEM's are featured on page 60 of the November 2003 S&T. In the reviewer's words these are a "first class" accessory for your pier.

If you own a pier such as the ATS (Advanced Telescope Systems), AP pier such as the AP600/900/1200, Losmandy G11/G8, CI700, CGE, or any fixed pier of the available sizes, then you have to get one of these. The GEM Table is designed to go on ANY 6", 8", or 10" diameter pier. Its unique slotted tension knob design allows you to place it anywhere you want. The design allows for placement anywhere you see fit providing a large 13" Deep x 18" wide work surface. It will hold up to 7 EP's, a laptop, batteries, glasses, maps, STV or other CCD equipment, flashlights, charts, or books.

These tables are of the highest quality aircraft grade aluminum, computer CNC lathed, hand assembled and inspected, and powder coated using DuPont's best! They will accent even the most EXPENSIVE SETUP.

I can custom make your table ... want all 2" EP holes? No problem. Want all 1.25" holes for bino's? No problem. Don't want holes? No problem. Just let me know.

Here's are some actual excerpts users have sent me on the table:

"Best Accessory for a pier you can own."

"Great design and awesome workmanship..."

"Highly Recommended!"

"I Love It!"

"Don't know how I ever got along before I bought one..."

"Can I buy another?"
