Movin' On Up!

This scope has been my pacifier while I waited for my 14" and observatory at my in-laws home under great skies in northern Arizona. It is in mint condition and comes with everything listed below. The scope was purchased new from Scope City in February 2003.

Meade 10" LX200 GPS w/UHTC
JMI Case
Meade Eyepiece Set w/case
TeleVue Everbrite 2" Diagonal
TeleVue 14mm Radian
TeleVue 2x Barlow
Meade Variable Polarizing Filter (#905)
Meade AC Adapter (#547)
Meade DC Adapter (#607)
Meadw Interface Cable for Computer
Peterson Mounting Assistant II
Bob's Knobs
Parks No. 15 Filter
Parks No. 80A Filter
Parks ND25 Filter
Aluminum Case for Handbox & Misc.

I have all the original boxes/packing except for the box that the JMI case came in. I very much would prefer a local sale (Phoenix) and would be willing to drive to Flagstaff or Tucson or meet someone part way. I will ship if you want, but it would be 4-5 boxes and $250-300 for shipping & insurance.

All of this equipment would cost about $4700 today, plus $200+ shipping and $300+ in taxes if bought locally. Plus, this scope increased $250 today! I am asking $4000 (plus shipping if that's what you choose) and am pretty firm. If I can't sell, it will still get good use as my travel scope since the 14" will be on a permanent pier.

I would prefer cash or a cashier's check but will take PayPal.

Pictures will be available this weekend when I get my digital camera back.

Thanks for your interest.
