1.25" Eyepiece Adapter-Extender for 36.4 mm Threaded Drawtubes. NOS parts made by Optica b/c and Vixen (Two identical units for sale)

If you have an instrument with a 36.4 mm threaded drawtube that did not come with a 1.25" eyepiece holder, this is what you need to use standard 1.25" accessories. This set fits most Vixen and Celestron imports (if Japanese) as well as many other older instruments that have focuser tubes with the 36.4 mm coarse internal thread.

Many of the older Japanese telescopes, such as those imported under the Mayflower, Manon, Sears, and Tasco name plates, for example, came equipped only with .965" eyepiece adapters that treaded into much larger focuser barrels with the 36.4 mm thread. With one of these adapters, you can use modern 1.25" star diagonals and other standard accessories on these old scopes and get dramatically better performance.

In addition to the Optica b/c 1.25" adapter, I'm including a medium-length (38 mm) Vixen extension tube, which is a great replacement for lost pieces or for adding extra length to achieve proper focus.

Asking $25.00 for the set, including First Class postage within the United States.

Thanks and Clear Skies --
Milt Hays, Jr.
