Wanted: Time's Running Out - Do I Have A Chance?

OK, this is an unlikely longshot but let's try. I will be on a camping trip for the Labor Day weekend for 2 (maybe 3) nights under really dark skies near Osteen, Florida. (There aren't many dark skies left in Central Florida so any opportunity to experience some is a cherished event!)

Here's my dilemma:

I am desperately seeking a laptop powerful enough for my Vesta for some astroshots via my ETX during this campout. I'm making decent money but don't have alot immediately available. I am looking for someone with a laptop for sale who may think me worthy of a deal. I can provide $100 - $150 as a down payment within a week or less and $25-$50 thereafter till paid in full either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or let me know your terms. Can pay either via PayPal 'direct' or USPS Money Orders via snail-mail.

Brand & included software not important but USB (for the camera obviously), CD-rom & floppy drive are the only 'must haves'. Battery not important either as long as machine has external power jack. (I have software & auto power cables as well as portable gel-cel power packs).

If anyone can help - let me know your terms. Check my feedback here - and as 'mdkmediaman' on that "other" site.

I will answer replies ASAP when home from work.

Thanks for looking,
Marty-
