I am selling my much beloved Traveler. I am not the original owner. The focuser says EDT but the glass is EDF as denoted by "EDF" the serial number located along the OTA just inside the front objective. I have confirmed this with AP. They informed me that the scope was from the 1997-1998 run when the glass had been changed, but the verbiage on the focusers still retained the EDT designation. This is the same glass as was used in the most recent production run. The focuser is not upgradeable to the feathertouch. I am very careful in describing this scope as mint but there are no visible scratches on the OTA or objective and mechanically the scope is flawless. The views have been nothing less than breathtaking!

Focuser Extension
Softcase (the case is a little worn)

[Gibraltar mount, AP diagonal, sliding bar, and scope in background are not included <g>]

$3650 and I pay insurance and shipping to your door in continental USA. Will not ship to international destination. Money order or Cashiers check preferred. Serious inquiries only. I will respond to emails in the order received.

Reason for sale: I currently have an AP 130 and an opportunity to acquire a 600e GTO mount. One AP scope must go to fund mount. I am also selling my GM-8, which I will post shortly under "mounts".

Thanks for looking!
