My back has become problematic enough that I can no longer carry & setup this scope. I have decided to acquire a 14"er to be permanently mounted in the observatory.
This telescope has been lovingly used, cared for, and modified.
Dr. P. Clay Sherrod, who applied his famous SuperCharge service, remarked via email, "I can tell this scope has been pampered...it is an excellent telescope!"
This is a $5288 telescope _not_including_the_eyepieces. When you take into consideration the EP's; shipping costs & installation of all the pieces & parts - it becomes a $5.5-$6K investment.
I will not ship it. You must come here to get it and witness firsthand it's condition and performance. Then together we will pack it in the original box. I realize this limits prospective traders to DFW, Houston, Austin, OK City, etc.
