I have an interesting eyepiece for sale. It is a Celestron 30 mm Plossl, with a 1¼" barrel and an apparent field of view of 50°.
What makes this eyepiece so interesting - besides its wonderful views and beautiful condition - is that Celestron doesn't make a 30 mm Plossl, except for the Ultima. The Celestron-branded Plossls are 32 mm.
I was once told that this is an Ultima, as sold in the Asian market... but I certainly cannot validate the accuracy of that statement. I have compared it to the Ultima, and I cannot tell the difference - except for the orange lettering. Whether it's an Ultima or a Plossl... it's a very good eyepiece.
I am only selling this because I use my 30 mm Widescan Type III more often.
Included with the eyepiece is an end cap and a bolt-style case. I will sell it for $45 shipped via Priority Mail to any address in the CONUS.
