Byers 22" research drive w/ worm & spring housing, and 3.501" clutch, first $2500 ($1000 below cost).
This is a new gear, never used, even includes a massive $175 Bodine synchronous motor.

Don't be fooled, this is a genuine Byers Research 22" drive system complete with a massive Byers made
clutch and worm housing (not some aftermarket clutch made by someone else). Take a look at the clutch plate, it's a whopping 12" in diameter !!!

Did you know that there is over $1500 of materials alone into this unit. Add it all up,
the plained aluminum 3/4" plate, the annealing, 40 hours of machining just to cut the gear,
then comes the clutch, the worm housing (it has $300 in ball bearings alone), annodizing,
plus the bearings for the clutch assembly. Plus without several hundred thousand dollars
of machining equipment, one like this could not be made. And without Ed Byers, equipment alone
could not be made a gear like this. It takes all, Ed Byers, his equipment, his experience, and
a lot of money if you were able to have one made.

Now for the reality. You can't get one of these made for under $5000 to $6000,
now you should understand why.

Now the unheard dream come true, this gear is being offered at a really BLOW OUT price,
the FIRST $2500 takes it, and this includes shipping anywhere in the USA.

Here's the specs:

22" diameter, 3/4" thick, 718 teeth

3.501" clutch (for 3.500" shaft)

spring loaded worm housing

massive Bodine synchronous motor
