I recently found a larger-aperture Starmaster so my wonderful 12.5" Starmaster ELT is now for sale. This is the f/5 version. Flat-footed viewing at zenith for someone 5'8" and taller.

Scope and mirror are in pristine condition - always stored in a clean, cool, dry location. VERY smooth and precise alt and az axis movement. Full Sky Commander DSC with encoders included, along with a new Astro-Systems scope cover. Feathertouch focuser, Rigel finder. On-board battery-powered Sky Commander heating wiring harness (can easily be removed). All standard SM original equipment included.

This scope delivers knockout lunar and planetary views, and gives beautiful splits on tight doubles below 1". Contrast and resolution are unbelievable - Zambuto mirrors are IMO without equal. DSO performance gives one the impression of much larger aperture. Excellent DSC accuracy.

A buyer will need to either pick up the scope here in Marquette, Michigan, or meet me within 200 miles for delivery (I don't want to ship this scope). If you are looking for a portable, like-new, Zambuto-equipped 12.5" SM dob, there are none better than this. I am asking $2895 if I deliver within 200 miles, and $2695 for pick-up here (well over $1400 lower than the price of a new scope, and this scope looks new).

Thank you!
