Lots of hits, but no bites... I must be asking too much.
I have around $1,300 into this system, and everything is in great shape. I'll post photos soon.
What is a reasonable price? Make me an offer.

This is my first "real" telescope and it has served me very well. But the apartment is too small and the budget too tight. So to make room for a 10" LX200!!, this one has got to go.
I would prefer a local pickup (San Francisco) but I will gladly ship too.

Celestron 8" f10 Celestar 8 Deluxe
Standard package with RA and DEC Drives, PEC, Hand controller, heavy duty field tripod, equatorial wedge, Celestron 1-1/4" visual back & 1-1/4" diagonal and a 8x50 finder scope w/ 6 point mounting rings. All is in excellent condition and the optics are (IMHO) very good.
Plus:
- Orion nylon padded soft scope case
- Celestron deluxe latitude adjusters
- Meade 26mm plossel eyepiece
- Telrad finder
- 8" full aperture solar filter
- 8" Celestron flexible dew shield
- Celestron piggy-back camera mount
- Kendricks 8" dew removal heat strap (no controller)
- Celestron 12v power adaptor

$900 for everything + shipping
thanks for looking.
