1. Heavy-duty, aluminum die-cast bodies braced lengthwise with thick aluminum rod and crosswise with a metal bridge at barrels' ends, to preserve accurate collimation by preventing flexing. Aluminum rod doubles as anchor for captive 1/4"-20 post, allowing attachment to tripod head without L-adapter, and post can be positioned anywhere along the rod for optimum balance, depending on the viewing angle;

2. Japanese-made, sharp 80mm-diameter objective lenses and high quality BAK-4 prisms, with all optical surfaces fully multi-coated, give excellent sharpness out to edge of field - exit pupil, 2.7mm; field of view 2.3°, exceptionally wide for a 30x binocular. Good eye relief of 14mm.

3. Extendable objective dew/glare hoods and pop-down rubber eyeguards for better contrast;

4. Center focus wheel, right diopter setting and coarse-grain exterior. Deluxe hard case included.

Their high magnification makes full use of the 80mm objectives' resolving power and the wide fov beautifully frames many DSO's). Excellent condition and pristine optics.

Don't mistake these Japanese Binos for the cheap Chinese variety. You can spend a lot more money and not match the views they give.

Asking $355 shipped anywhere in CONUS.
