This is a strange little scope I picked up last year. It is made in Czechslovakia by Meopta. It is all metal and quite heavy for its size. The triangular base alone weighs 5 lbs. The aperature/focal length measure 57mm/760mm making it abour an f/13. The front objective is coated and in good condition. There is a prism fixed below the eyepiece held in place by card wedges and a set screw. I had to adjust these and it may not be colomated properly, but the images seem sharp.
The eyepiece has a "F20" on top. I'm not sure this means 20mm, but it seems well made. The eyepiece is a little smaller than .965"and slides out. The mount simply slides together, no set screws. It seems a bit loose when assembling, but is actually solid when sighting objects due to the weight being offset.
Aside from an interesting telescope, it is a very nice piece of eastern European industrial art. I was thinking $100 plus shipping, but other offers/trades will be considered.
