About 2 yrs old. Good condition with allot of changes.
Made the mount move smoother by putting a lazy Susan between the two bottom boards. Raised the side boards up 3" so I could move the alt bearings down on the tube for better balance. The alt bearings move on magic gliders for smoother movement.

Replaced the focuser with a JMI RCF-1 2" focuser with 1.25" adapter. Replace the mirror cell with the University Optics mirror cell.

Have 2# weights on both ends of the tube, these are atached by velcro and can be moved up and down the tube for balance as needed. Also added a bar with a moveable weight for better balance. It was way off balance with the TV Paracorr and the 35mm Pan. The bottom bar can be taken off if not using the Paracorr.

Other options:

Telrad with heater(Kendrick's), Kendrick's dew remover for the both mirrors. (secondary has a 2" eyepiece heater glued to the side). Do not have the Kendricks controller for sale.

The Primary mirror is in good condition. The mirror still performs very good for a Meade mirror.

With all extras put on this telescope it would cost around $1200 to buy all new.

I would like to sell with in a limited area of Chicago to avoid shipping. Willing to travel a small distance.

Payment made by moneyorder or cashiers check.
Asking $700 or best offer. Add $100.00 for shipping by UPS standard/ground. It will take 3-4 boxes to ship.
