I have had a lot of enjoyment with this instrument. The optics are truly exceptional. Six to 7 bands on Jupiter on steady nights, great views of Saturn, etc. You won't be disappointed. Controlling it with the laptop is fun too. After alignment you just click on what you want to see and the scope slews to it. It tracks very well. Minimal shift when focusing. It's a great piece of equipment. The joystick is used in conjunction with the controller so that you can more easily slew around the sky. I upgraded the controller Eproms last summer and the scope is Y2K compliant. The scope can be powered from 120Vac or 12 Vdc.

The only negative is there are a couple of small dings in the tube body. I've pointed them out in the pictures. They aren't through the paint and don't effect the views...but they are there. $900..expect shipping to be about $100...ConUS only please. MO or Paypal. Questions...please email me.Thank you.
