This is a Deutsch Optik "Optolyth 25x70" rubberized scope. It has reknowned German optics similar to Zeiss and Leica with a list price of $925 a few years ago before being discontinued by more recent models. There are some optical coating specs on the lens cell. I will get a photo up ASAP.

This scope is unique. It telescopes down to a mere 12" long and has a padded carrying case plus a tripod I got from Orion for my ETX-90 spotter last year. I love the portability but I cannot see why I should have this AND a Borg 76ED at the same time, when the Borg is almost as portable yet infinitely more versatile. Therefore I am selling this scope.

I will ship within CONUS only. No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please. First come, first serve is the usual rule, however I may choose to sell to a person who has a more "beefy" feedback rating if two individuals respond very close to the same time as each other. This is a precious optical masterpiece and it will not be sold to someone who is not totally serious about astronomy and the care of fine optics.

Thanks for browsing!

Robert
