All components necessary for a first rate 10” reflector OTA. Primary mirror is 10" f/4.5 mirror 1" thick hand figured by Gary Wilkinson, formerly of Galaxy Optics. Enhanced IAD coatings by spectrum, and a very nice 9 point mirror cell. Sorry, don’t know wavefront error, and not sure if over or undercorrected. Coma present as in all large fast reflectors, but I don’t think it is excessive. The diagonal is a 1.83" protostar Quartz, and spider is also by protostar (3 vane type w/offset). Focuser is an ultra low profile 2" helical by Gary Wolanski, and comes with a 1.25" adapter. Package comes with a right angle 50mm finder, good quality two ring Orion mount and a telrad.

The mirror has one approx 1cm very, very light scratch that does not in any way affect the image. You might even tell me I was overemphasizing negatives to disclose this. There are no chips, etc in the mirror. A fanatic will probably clean the primary.

Also available is a pair of Ken Dauzat rings. They are inexpensive and are for a 12 3/8 OD tube. (We should discuss this if interested. Only minor modification necessary for a standard 12 ½ inch OD sonotube)

Components currently in an ugly but optically very good, easy to collimate, light sonotube OTA. You can have the components in the OTA if you can pick up (I’ll go as far as Portsmouth NH—I live near Waterville ME) or we can work out shipping just the components.

$600 for OTA components, another $30 for the rings. Split shipping. Money order or bank check preferred. Paypal ok with another 2.9%.

You can make a very, very nice scope from these components.
