Here's a planetary / deep space scope, less than 1 year old you CAN afford (all in Like New, bought new, condition):

o Mirror is hand picked by Hardin (Send the specs if interested)
o Mirror cell is, Meade with no clips (floating on Silicon)
o Black, sawdust flocked, custom tube with fabric on the outside
o JMI DX1, focuser, top of the line (the 1 that can handle the maximum eyepiece weight)
o Boundary layer system, 3 fans w/ pot. 12volt in/out take. Works great no vibration and the Orion Nebula becomes 3D, let alone the planets. E and F stars jump out in Orion's Nebula. Splits the Double / Double at 100 power.
o 3 vane curved spider, professionally made
o 1.3" Discovery secondary 1/10th wave or better (1.0" Orion as well)
o Parallax Rings
o Badaar Solar filter (tight) surface detail seen with ease
o Telrad/Mount
o 2" Parks Erfle Eyepiece

I hate to part with this, easily $1,200 and lots of elbow grease invested. Mount pictured, is not for sale.

$800 obo

Thanks and keep looking up, the economy's up there, somewhere...
Christopher Rosin

Additional pix, moon shots taken with this scope at prime focus, and mirror specs. Rather not ship. May be willing to ship everything but the tube. I'll meet within 300 miles of S. California. I don't have a mount for this one, sold it.
