I am not in a hurry to sell this scope, but I have too much gear now, and something has to go (I also have a refractor for sale).
Well as you may know, this scope outperforms any 4" A.P.O., and with the JMI fopcuser it is a very sweet scope. The Focuser is mounted on a professionaly made black delrin spacer (no gaps), and is located as to have over a 3" travel. It can handle virtually any eyepiece or barlow combibation as a result. This is a nice compact/ do anything scope if ever ther was one. It has a 762mm F.L. so it still has a WIDE view (3.7 degrees with a Konig MK70!) , but with lets say a TAK 2.8, or a Vixen 3.5 it is a real planet killer too (very high resolution). It also has a Stellarview "Red Dot" finder, again mounted on a professional plastic dovetail that mates to the oiginal equipment. There are no holes drilled anywhere on the O.T.A. other than the original manufactures mounting devices. I am asking $750 plus shipping. New this set-up would be close to $1000. and an equivalent refractor (that would approach its perfomance) would be three times the amount or more.
