Item Has Been Sold

I have a second Hand Kendrick Shelter Dome that I bought used off Astromart last year but only ended up using it a few times.

I don't end up leaving my scope set up long enough to justify using it, so it is just sitting folded up on my front porch (not in the weather).

It is in good condition with some wear. The pictures below are from the Kendrick website. The top zipper (top picture) and end scope flap (middle picture) are fine but the front door access zipper (bottom picture) has suffered the zipper syndrome where the zipper comes apart after it is zipped closed. Fabric is in good shape, and no holes that I am aware of. A good stich person could install a new zipper on the front and be as original in no time.

All poles are included and setup is easy after you do it one time. The previous owner added clear tubing to hold the poles together better where they join and they work well. I do not have the rain fly for the top. I have three tent pegs - it is supposed to have four but you may want to go to Walmart and buy some better metal pegs than the cheapie plastic ones that came with it anyway.

Inside of the fabric is black and it really does make a difference when set up to go inside with the top fly partially zipped open to allow access to only the sky. It really cuts down on the ambient light and allows much better viewing in neighborhoods or where you have the neighbors pesky porch light that you don't want to shoot out with your son's pellet gun (just kidding).

I do mostly CCD so this is not that great of a plus for me but I thought it worth mentioning.

I think that I even have the patch kit.

I paid over $200 for this when I purchased it used - my loss your gain. I would post an actual picture but my digital camera is broken.

If there are any additional questions feel free to ask.

I would guess shipping would be $25 if it is more I would pick up the difference. Of course you can also pick up.
