Sorry if the subject line of this email is a bit drastic, I couldn't think of a better way to phrase the problem in a few words. I'm not having a serious problem it's just that one (and possibly more) of your astromart members is using an email address that doesn't exist. The problem has arisen from the @home network going down last month. I used an @home address myself and had to change my information on astromart when the @home system went down but apparently some people didn't change their information. This has lead to one or more people on astromart having addresses that are impossible to respond to, if an email is sent to them it just gets bounced back as undeliverable.
I realised it when I tried to respond to an ad placed by ### ########. He (and anyone else with an @home address) is probably unaware of the problem so I called and left a message on his answering machine to let him know about it. I thought you should know though in case you wanted to make a public announcement to remind any people that might still be using an @home address that they need to change them.
