If you have an SBIG, Meade, or Starlight Xpress ccd camera , you
need one of our Wide-Field Adapters to fully exploit its capabilities.
A WFA allows you to get some great panoramic pictures not possible
using your telescope, and also lets you use the CCD for daylight shots
for taking regular pictures.

The STI wide-field adapter easily interfaces normal 35mm camera lenses
with your CCD camera to do piggyback wide-field astrophotography work.
Unlike other wide-field adapters the STI WFA lets you focus and
reach the infinity positionĀ of your lenses at their infinity mark.
In the end, this results in faster focusing with fewer screen
iterations, plus you can exploit the full focal length capability
of your 35mm lenses.

The WFA uses standard bayonet mounts that match your lenses. The other side of the adapter screws seamlessly into your CCD. No modification of either your lenses or your CCD are necessary. Standard bayonet mounts are available for Nikon, Olympus, Minolta, Canon, and Pentax lenses.

introductory offer.
