These binoculars are the highly sought after Dialyt 10 X 40 B/GA T* P.
Magnification 10, aperture 40 mm, foldable eyecups that allow glass wearers to get full field of view, rubber armoured, famous Zeiss T* coatings, P phase coated.

In excellent condition I have recently inherited another Zeiss binocular from an Auntie. Most Zeiss collectors consider the Dialyts to be a superior binocular to the newer Victory series binoculars.

As a consequence these fine glasses are for sale. They are in excellent condition. They were purchased new in Australia in 1998 and have had little use. There is only very minor wear on the body.

Written on body ZEISS West Germany 10 X 40 B. Written on focus wheel Made in West Germant T*P # 663377

Optics are perfect and very impressive. They have a wide flat field over 63 degrees wide and eye cups that fold to accomodate eyeglass wearers. Contrast and brightness is as good as it gets. These glasses are considered one of the finest birding and general purpose binoculars ever made. They fit beautifully into human hands and the focus system is excellent.

This binocular is very functional and ruggedly constructed. Well over $US700 new I am asking $US575 + actual shipping cost. This should be less than $25 for insured airmail(4 to 7 days)

Preferred payment would be money order or bank transfer but paypal could also be used.

They do not have a case but do have a ZEISS rainguard but a case can be bought from Zeiss if desired. They are rubber armoured and very compact. Please ask if you have any questions or want additional specifications.
