My previous buyer does not respond, hence I am re-listing. Vernon Scope's web site this set of four 1.25" eyepieces: " Brandon eyepieces are noted for their exceptional contrast and extremely dark background, two reasons why Questar Corp. has been using them since 1971. In a test of many eyepieces, noted deep-sky observer Ron Morales rated Brandon #1 for contrast, which is the single most important function of any eyepiece". I am listing the 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm eyepieces. This set also includes five Vernon Scope colored filters; colors as per picture, but includes important polarizer. Thes eyepieces have a top reputation for planetary viewing, and when combined with the appropriate filters, can reveal outstanding details. Each eyepiece has rubber eyeguard and end cap. Each filter comes with its' own labeled and matching color filter capsule. Everything is in excellent condition; there are no scratches on eyepieces or filters. Because of actions (inaction) of my previous buyer, I have made several major purchases recently, and now must reduce my price for a faster sale. Price including all ship and insurance within conus, $700.00 If you take the time to visit VernonScope's web page you will see eyepieces sell for $235/ea, filters for $20/ea, box for $85. Please see photo.
