These are a great pair of Celestron 11x80 binoculars with a bright 7mm exit pupil, perfect for the faintest objects in the sky. Just imagine having two 80mm refractors aimed at the sky; those two objectives are collecting more light than a 110mm refractor!

I've enjoyed these binoculars but I'm selling them to finance some accessories for my C-8. I still will have my 8x56 Ultimas for bino use. Celestron no longer makes 11x80s and that's a shame. The 20x80s they do stock don't take advantage of the light grasp of the objectives; they (Celestron) have mismatched a 4mm exit pupil with a 7mm (on average)dialated human pupil. What a waste of light grasp! Take these 11x80s to a dark site, let your eyes adapt and be prepared to be floored by the widefield views of the Milky Way.

The binoculars come with the original case and eyepiece/objective caps. The AR multicoating is awesome (see picture...note no reflection off the lenses - it's like they aren't there!) No strap or tripod mount is included, but these are easy to get. They do have a standard threaded 1/4x20 tripod mounting hole for use with an L-bracket. I am asking $240 which includes shipping AND insurance via USPS. Money orders only, please. Thanks for looking!
