This is a used scope in excellent condition. The scope gives nice, sharp views and tracks very well. There are no scratches on any of the telescope nor any of the optics. The scope is in new condition. This is a GOTO scope that includes the Autostar #494. The alignment is simple to perform and once accomplished, the scope tracks very accurately and objects selected are almost always in the field of view using the 25mm EP. The scope includeds the following:

Meade ETX-70AT
9mm Meade MA EP w/bolt style holder
25mm Meade MA EP w/bolt style holder
Autostar #494
Meade #882 Field Tripod w/accessory tray
Daisy Red Dot Viewfinder
Front lense cover
EP Hole Cover
Meade Carrying Case for Tripod
Manual

This scope is a great wide field scope and I have been very impressed with it's capabilities. The only reason I'm considering parting with the scope is that I find myself spending more and more time doing planetary viewing and desire a longer focal length scope. I would like to trade for a Meade ETX-90RA (non-GOTO) or will sell for $225 plus shipping (firm). I will accept PayPal (preferred) or postal money orders.

If you would like to see some astrophotography done with this scope, visit http://digitalphoto.servepics.com/ and look in the Astronomy section. I will post some pics of the scope itself there tonight.

Thanks !
